DECEMBER 4, 2023 — The fall class of 2023 lived an experience unlike any class before it. Students endured an array of challenges brought on by a global pandemic but also took part in many of the greatest achievements in UTSA’s history—from a Tier One research recognition to back-to-back conference championships for Roadrunners Football. Their college journeys have been momentous, to say the least, and they will culminate during Commencement on Saturday, December 9, at the Alamodome.
UTSA will hold two Commencement ceremonies this Saturday to celebrate the 3,218 graduates of the fall 2023 class. The first, scheduled at 10 a.m., will honor graduates from the College for Health, Community and Policy, College for Liberal and Fine Arts and College of Sciences. The 4 p.m. ceremony will celebrate graduates from the Carlos Alvarez College of Business, College of Education and Human Development, Margie and Bill Klesse College of Engineering and Integrated Design, and University College.
Of those 3,218 Roadrunners finishing their journey at UTSA, 2,661 will receive their bachelor’s degrees, 498 will obtain master’s degrees, and 59 will earn doctoral degrees this weekend.
College of Education and Human Development will have 225 students cross the stage.
