Bio
Dr. Morgan is an assistant professor of practice in the Educational Psychology Program at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She received her doctoral degree in Educational Psychology from Texas Tech University in 2023. Dr. Morgan is a bilingual school psychologist with over ten years of practice in public schools in San Antonio and surrounding areas, with a focus on bilingual assessment, including supporting bilingual school psychologists through consultation, and supervising school psychology graduate students.
