Title: Making Space For Ancestral Knowledge in Fraught Contexts
Description: In this talk Dr. Muñoz shares from her experience growing academic lines of research from her dissertation work, called A Pedagogy of Water: Restorying the Rio Grande/Rio Bravo. She will share the importance of centering ancestral knowledges as the foundation for authentic public scholarship in the service of our communities.
