Graebner Elementary Principal, Dual Language Community Lab Schools Partnership
Laura Hernández-López is the newly appointed principal at Graebner Elementary. She has more than 20 years of experience in public education. “My passion for education and support for the success of all students has been shaped by teaching bilingual and ESL students,” says Hernández-López. She has served as a bilingual instructional coach, bilingual/ESL facilitator, assistant principal, and principal at a dual language campus. She earned her high school diploma from Sidney Lanier High School, Bachelor of Arts from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a master's degree in educational administration from Concordia University. “I consider myself a lifelong learner and believe that one should never stop learning and growing. I truly look forward to an amazing 2024 with my new Graebner familia,” says Hernández-López.
