Welcome to ELPS

For the last 20 years, our focus has been to prepare individuals to become transformational leaders who can work effectively in challenging educational environments, with a strong commitment to promoting excellence, justice-centered education, democracy, risk-taking, and responsiveness to community needs. We strive to support marginalized student populations, including but not limited to undocumented students, LGBTQA+ students, and students with diverse abilities, by creating a welcoming learning environment that values all opportunities for our students to succeed. Our faculty is dedicated to developing collaborative and responsive relationships with local and external educational communities.
