Description
Spring 2021 commencement ceremonies will be college-based and held at various locations on the Main Campus. While the ceremonies will look different than in past years, they retain many of the traditional celebratory aspects to rightfully honor our graduating students. Ceremonies will also be held for graduates who earned their degrees in 2020. UTSA will continue to host a virtual celebration for all graduates, including those who do not wish to participate in in-person ceremonies.
All ceremonies will be live-streamed for real-time viewing by family and friends. To promote the safety of our graduates and volunteer organizers, we are limiting guests to two individuals per graduate. For more information, see Guest Protocols.
Spring 2021 — Saturday, May 15
- Convocation Center
- 10 a.m. — Last names beginning with A—GO
- 2 p.m. — Last names beginning with GP—O
- 6 p.m. — Last names beginning with P—Z
Class of 2020 — Saturday, May 22
- HSU, H-E-B Student Union Ballroom
