The College of Education and Human Development's Office of Teacher Education Services inducted more than 150 students into the profession of teaching at the Fall 2018 Teacher Induction Ceremony on Thursday, Dec. 13 at the UTSA Main Campus. The ceremony, which marks the completion of clinical teaching, featured remarks from COEHD Dean, Dr. Margo DelliCarpini, Associate Deans Dr. Belinda Flores and Dr. Norma Guerra, and Janet Scott, director of clinical teaching. The event also featured a special thank you to Rebecca Salinas, COEHD alumna, for her contributions to the college, and Dr. Carolyn Orange, professor emeritus, for providing copies of her books as prizes to seven ceremony attendees. The ceremony also included a video that featured several clinical teachers and COEHD and UTSA faculty members.
