The African American Studies Program in the College of Education and Human Development's Consortium for Social Transformation welcomed Dr. Elaine Richardson, professor from The Ohio State University, as a visiting research scholar last week. The program also hosted a professional development luncheon for faculty and graduate students from around the campus. The workshop, which featured the work of Richardson, was presented by Sierra Austin and Caroline Bennett, two graduate students from The Ohio State University working under Dr. Richardson.
