Lee Mason is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) and Associate Professor of Special Education at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he directs the TEAM Autism Research Center, a verbal behavior laboratory where student and faculty research teams develop and implement applied interventions to address indiscriminate responding and inconspicuous stimulus control. 

Dr. Mason also serves as the Vice Chair of the university's Institutional Review Board, Graduate Advisor of Record for the department's PhD program, and Coordinator for the college's Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Verified Course Sequence.
