She will discuss her book “Citizen-Protectors: The Politics of Guns in an Age of Decline.” Her work focuses on the sociology of guns and gun culture. She will engage the audience in discussion about why millions of Americans (disproportionately men) are carrying guns as part of their everyday lives. The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions.
