Dorinda Rolle, of Rolle and Associates will be hosting a seminar that gives a better understanding of:

Dorinda Rolle is the president of Rolle and Associates, a consulting and training firm. Ms. Rolle is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership, her doctoral research focuses on leadership development. In addition to consulting and training, Ms. Rolle is a motivational speaker where she inspires her audiences to set high goals and to reach for excellence. She is a past president of the San Antonio Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, the San Antonio Association for Organization Development and has been a research associate with the Women's Global Connection, an international learning and leadership organization.
